AirlineRatings.com’s annual ranking is based on several factors. These include operational safety, passenger ratings, profitability, investment rating, crew age and product diversity.

According to the annual ranking of AirlineRatings.com, the first place is occupied by Qatar Airways, which took the lead from Air New Zealand, according to which Air New Zealand moved to the second place. Singapore Airlines is in the third place, and Qantas is in the fourth place.
