According to Elon Musk, he will end the 44-billion dollar agreement to buy Twitter because the company did not provide the businessman with information about fake accounts on the platform.

According to Musk’s lawyers, the above-mentioned information is of crucial importance for the company’s business performance, but Twitter ignored the related requests.
“Twitter sometimes ignored Musk’s requests,
Sometimes he ignored them for unjustified reasons, and sometimes he even agreed to perform, but gave Musk incomplete and useless information,” the documents read.
Accordingly, they blame Twitter for creating a misrepresentation — the very misrepresentation Musk relied on when he entered into the merger agreement.
Twitter did not immediately comment to media organizations.
The company’s chairman, Brett Taylor, tweeted on Friday that “Twitter’s board will close the transaction at the price and terms agreed upon with Musk,” and will continue to take legal action to complete the merger agreement.
