American companies still dominate in the top ten of world brands and do not give the first place to anyone, however, “Kantar”‘s research shows that Chinese brands have significantly outperformed European brands and have established positions in the top ten of world brands.

The study on the world market was conducted by the research organization “Kentar”. Like last year, the list is led by the American company “Amazon”. The company was founded in 1994 by American billionaire Jeff Bezos. Apple also maintains a strong position. The American company has been giving leadership in the telecommunications space to no one for years.
Chinese company “Alibaba” is in the seventh place, and “Tensent” is in the fifth place. However, the difference between the first and second place American brands is hundreds of billions of US dollars.
According to the survey, none of the European companies hit the top ten brands in the world. Kantar’s director of global strategy says Chinese brands are making slow progress in the market but are moving steadily forward. This year, only 2 Chinese companies hit the top ten of the world brands, while 8 companies are occupied by American companies.
Top 100
Kentar’s research shows that Chinese brands are growing among the 100 largest companies in the world, while European brands are declining. If a year ago the share of Chinese brands in 100 companies around the world was 11 percent, this year this figure has increased to 14 percent, while the percentage of European brands is 8 percent.
German – SAP software group “SAP software group” is on the 26th place in the list.
The list includes the only British company “Vodafone”, which ranks 60th in the top 100 brands.
As in the top ten brands in the world, hundreds of American brands predominate. According to the Hundreds of World Brands, the number of American brands has increased even more than last year.
